Digium prohibits Google to display ads when you search Asterisk

Asterisk is a Digium´s trademark, no doubt about it. We had promoted Digium in our countries with presentations, training and support. We have helped to build the brand Asterisk and now I am really worried. What’s next? Maybe this site don´t exist in the near future. In Brazil, I´m changing the name of our portal from www.asteriskexperts.com.br to www.voipexperts.com.br to avoid future problems and to broad the coverage to other open source projects such as openser and freeswitch. However, in this website, where I promote my books and eBooks, I can´t change, because they are totally related to the Asterisk project.
I believe none of us like when a company enforces its intellectual property, and I want to see who will defend Digium in the future against patents, and IP enforced by other telephony equipment manufacturers. Look what happened to Vonage recently. Asterisk.org, sounds now strange to me, ORG is recommended for non-profit organizations.

Well, let´s see what happens, wait for the best and prepare for the worst.
